Cathy’s passion is helping leaders recognize the significant impact they have on others through what they do and say, then equipping them to be more skillful and effective in their leadership. For the last 20 years, she has done so by working with small, regional and global clients in the areas of leadership alignment, coaching, engagement and culture. Cathy designs and facilitates executive leadership sessions that help clients translate their values, mission and aspirations into easily repeatable practices that build high-performing cultures. Clients respect and respond to her insightful, high-energy, action-driven approach, candor and sense of humor. She holds a Masters of Science in Higher Education Administration from Bowling Green State University and is a cum laude graduate of Lafayette College.

Brad Schwartz

Brad’s 24-year career at Intel provided him with a wide range of opportunities to grow across a variety of technical and business group roles. His leadership experiences include software development, technical project/program management, and leading global software delivery teams delivering business critical software products. Throughout his career, Brad engaged in all phases of the management lifecycle, including start-up divisions and organizational consolidation activities. Brad was consistently recognized for his skills and passion for growing individuals and building high performing global teams through a variety of leadership techniques including “manager as coach”. Brad’s passion for helping technical leaders and their teams led him to pursue a coaching certificate from the Hudson Institute of Coaching. Brad holds certificates from Team Coaching StudiosTeam Coaching International, and the Birkman and Hogan personality assessment profiles.

Janet Mahrle

Janet brings a unique blend of expertise in leadership, innovation, facilitating change, team performance, and 20+ years of personal senior leadership experience to her client engagements. Her specialties are leadership development and helping leaders navigate complicated and complex problems – and to determine the right problems to solve. Janet is a certified coach from UC Davis Coaching for Life and Work and holds a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation. She also has coaching certifications from the World Business and Executive Summit (WBECS), specializing in Conversational Intelligence and Coaching Excellence. Janet received her BA from UC Davis in American Studies, her Masters from University of the Pacific in Organizational Learning and Effectiveness, with a specialization in Design Thinking, and an Advanced Design Thinking certification from IDEO. She also has certifications in several assessment tools.

Todd Weir

Todd uses his multi-faceted background to help individuals and teams reach their highest potential. With 20 years of experience as a business professional, leadership consultant and strategic partner, he has a proven track record across multiple industries. Todd is a Hudson Institute graduate who draws on his extensive expertise in leadership development, talent management, organizational change and human resources to inspire high performing leaders and teams realize and execute on their goals. Todd has a Master’s in Hospitality Management from UNLV and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from Western University, Ontario, and is certified in the MBTI, the Leadership Versatility Index® 360, and Situational Leadership II®.

Deborah Young

Deborah Young

Deborah has a passion and reputation for maximizing individual and organizational performance. With more than 25 years of business and consulting experience, she coaches leaders from C-suite to front line managers to improve communication and increase collaboration, creating effective leaders and high functioning teams. Deborah focuses on high potential executive coaching, succession planning, assimilation coaching, change leadership and assessment and development of leaders at all levels. She has designed many customized programs, including healthcare leadership academies, change leadership, team building and strategic planning.

Deborah holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology and Counseling from Tennessee Technological University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of California Berkeley. She has certifications in multiple assessment tools: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, DISC, TKI Conflict Management Style Indicator, Hogan Lead Assessment, Management Research Group, Inc. leadership suite and LHH Change Management.

Gary Wohl

 Gary Wohl, MBA, CPC is an experienced executive with significant financial, strategic, operational, motivational and effective administrative knowledge. In his more than 25 years of leadership, he has assisted companies with becoming more efficient and productive in addressing client needs team effectiveness through streamlined processes, timely interactions and enhanced communication experiences. Gary served as President, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer of a variety of businesses. Gary’s strength as a coach is working with people to facilitate growth for that individual by uncovering blind spots and developing new patterns of behavior. He partners with individuals to understand their view of their business and their environment. He has the ability to explore with a sense of curiosity and the courage to challenge, without judgement; to help a person determine the best path for him or her and their company. 

Liz Congdon

Liz Congdon

Liz is passionate about partnering with leaders to map out goals that align to their core values and authentic selves in helping them achieve the change they seek to better both their professional and personal lives. She draws upon over 25 years of combined corporate HR and coaching experience across leadership and talent development, team building, staffing, performance management, mergers and acquisitions, business restructuring and succession planning. Liz focuses on executive coaching, trust building among teams, leadership integrations, and targeted 360 assessments designed to support awareness and rapid growth. Liz graduated from the Boston College Honors program with a degree in Psychology. She is ICF PCC certified and received coaching certifications from the Hudson Institute of Coaching and Team Coaching International. She is a lifelong learner who has completed numerous training programs, and is certified in the Leadership Circle Profile and EQ in Action assessments.

Ann O’Connor, PCC

Ann O’Connor’s work with leaders focuses on emotional intelligence, communication skills, global collaborations, balancing relationships with business results, and navigating complex professional roles. Over the course of her 25 years in leadership roles and 16 years of leadership development coaching, Ann has worked, collaborated, and coached individuals and teams in a variety of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, financial consulting, technology, legal services and non-profits. Previous roles have included Vice President of Strategic Business Units, Vice President of Sales, and National Accounts and Sales Development Manager. Ann holds a Masters in Organization Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University. Ann earned certification as an Executive Coach from the Hudson Institute of Coaching, where she is on faculty as an External Mentor Coach and serves as a facilitator on the Corporate Training Team. In addition, she is a Certified Coaching Supervisor through the Coaching Supervision Academy, Ltd. She is credentialed as a Professional Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation.

Matt Becker

J. Matthew Becker is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) specializing in Executive and Leadership coaching. Matt has a Masters in Human Resource Development from Xavier University and is a Certified NeuroTransformational Coach (CNTC). Matt has been working in the field of leadership development for over 20 years with a specialty in interpersonal skills development, coaching, mentoring, and team building. He has coached over 700 leaders from the front line to C-Suite in the healthcare, banking, pharmaceutical, aerospace, industrial supply, higher education, local and federal government and non-profit industries.

As a coach, Matt believes that the success of an organization is contingent on leadership’s ability to create an environment where others can bring out their best. He was the co-leader of the ICF’s Internal Coaching Community of Practice for 6 years, has represented the ICF as a speaker at several conferences, and participated on a couple of ICF task forces; most recently in support of the ICF’s updated competency model. Matt was inducted into the ICF Ohio Valley Chapter Hall of Fame in 2016.

Melissa is our Creative Project Manager, directing all aspects of our media-based projects from concept to launch.  She helps us communicate our work in ways that are clear, concise and engaging.  With a background in corporate training and communications media, Melissa has been crafting content for over 10 years.  She has created work for large and small companies and for civic organizations, including Microsoft, KPBS, The San Diego Foundation, UC San Diego, San Diego Symphony, and was invited to produce content for a national documentary “One Day On Earth: Your City” that aired on PBS. Melissa has a BA in Journalism and Media Studies with an emphasis in Advertising with a minor in Film Production from San Diego State University.

Brenda finds immense satisfaction in using the creative process to help clients achieve their business goals.  She has 25 years of marketing experience and works with clients in a wide range of industries, including emerging and established high tech companies, law firms, educational institutions, life sciences and financial services.  A former marketing instructor at UC Santa Cruz Extension, Brenda advises companies of all sizes throughout the nation.  From strategic planning to copywriting, brand strategies to corporate communications plans, clients appreciate her ability to be both highly creative and business focused.  Brenda graduated from San Jose State University where she received a BS in Journalism with an advertising emphasis and a double minor in business and marketing.
