For the last 20 years, she has done so by working with small, regional and global clients in the areas of leadership alignment, coaching, engagement and culture. Cathy designs and facilitates executive leadership sessions that help clients translate their values, mission and aspirations into easily repeatable practices that build high-performing cultures. Clients respect and respond to her insightful, high-energy, action-driven approach, candor and sense of humor. She holds a Masters of Science in Higher Education Administration from Bowling Green State University and is a cum laude graduate of Lafayette College.

Keith is an ICF-certified graduate of the Hudson Institute. He is also certified in multiple assessment tools including the Management Research Group’s leadership suite, Hogan and MBTI.

Pat guides emerging, developing and strategic leaders to leverage their strengths, meet developmental challenges and maximize contributions for sustainable personal, professional, team and organizational growth. He has coached leaders to strengthen engagement and collaboration with peers and direct reports, resulting in the achievement of stretch goals and alignment with critical business initiatives. Pat is a certified Master Executive Coach through the Hudson Institute.

He brings outstanding executive coaching, change leadership, facilitation and consulting skills to serve the leadership development, strategic planning, and change management needs of clients across the country. Tom is especially effective in strengthening teamwork and resolving interpersonal discord to create high-functioning organizations. Tom earned his Master’s in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco, and his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Gonzaga University. He obtained his facilitation and team expertise in training with David Bradford of Stanford University, and by serving as an adjunct facilitator at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.

Clients praise her coaching style for her ability to reveal significant underlying issues that block success, resulting in breakthrough organizational changes.  Jill earned a Master’s in Psychology from the University of Santa Monica along with a Master’s in Instructional Design from Arizona State University. Additionally, she is certified in Management Research Group’s leadership assessment suite and Personal Directions, and the LIFO behavioral assessment.

In addition to coaching expertise, Cindy has proven success in facilitating strategic planning and work process improvement. She consults on the design and deployment of succession planning, talent management, performance management and leadership development systems and programs. Cindy holds a Masters’ in Organization Development and a Bachelors’ in Management, both from Pepperdine University, and is certified in numerous assessment tools including, Lominger, MBTI and Management Research Group’s suite.

Deborah Young

Deborah Young

Deborah has a passion and reputation for maximizing individual and organizational performance. With more than 25 years of business and consulting experience, she coaches leaders from C-suite to front line managers to improve communication and increase collaboration, creating effective leaders and high functioning teams. Deborah focuses on high potential executive coaching, succession planning, assimilation coaching, change leadership and assessment and development of leaders at all levels. She has designed many customized programs, including healthcare leadership academies, change leadership, team building and strategic planning.

Deborah holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology and Counseling from Tennessee Technological University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of California Berkeley. She has certifications in multiple assessment tools: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, DISC, TKI Conflict Management Style Indicator, Hogan Lead Assessment, Management Research Group, Inc. leadership suite and LHH Change Management.

Melissa is our Creative Project Manager, directing all aspects of our media-based projects from concept to launch.  She helps us communicate our work in ways that are clear, concise and engaging.  With a background in corporate training and communications media, Melissa has been crafting content for over 10 years.  She has created work for large and small companies and for civic organizations, including Microsoft, KPBS, The San Diego Foundation, UC San Diego, San Diego Symphony, and was invited to produce content for a national documentary “One Day On Earth: Your City” that aired on PBS. Melissa has a BA in Journalism and Media Studies with an emphasis in Advertising with a minor in Film Production from San Diego State University.

Brenda finds immense satisfaction in using the creative process to help clients achieve their business goals.  She has 25 years of marketing experience and works with clients in a wide range of industries, including emerging and established high tech companies, law firms, educational institutions, life sciences and financial services.  A former marketing instructor at UC Santa Cruz Extension, Brenda advises companies of all sizes throughout the nation.  From strategic planning to copywriting, brand strategies to corporate communications plans, clients appreciate her ability to be both highly creative and business focused.  Brenda graduated from San Jose State University where she received a BS in Journalism with an advertising emphasis and a double minor in business and marketing.
