Gary is an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant with over 20 years of proven experience working with Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, as well as public and privately held organizations. Gary coaches business leaders and teams, specializing in change management, leadership development, and strategic business planning.

He has coached hundreds of senior executives and high potential leaders to increase their effectiveness and identify opportunities that directly improve bottom line results. Gary also has extensive experience in assimilation coaching in order to build a foundation for success for new executives and minimizing risk of derailment.

In addition to individual coaching, Gary has created sustainable infrastructures for talent management through the development, design, and delivery of internal business leadership academies.

He has worked in a wide range of industries including: technology, health care, architecture/construction management, consumer packaged goods, financial services, and hospitality. Gary has worked throughout the United States and internationally in Canada and across Asia.

Prior to co-founding Balance Point Group, Gary was Senior Vice President & Managing Director for Lee Hecht Harrison, a global leadership consulting firm. Before becoming a coach, he worked for many years as a business leader. He previously held the position as Regional Vice President for ViaLink as well as General Manager for Miller Brewing Company, heading a $84 million business unit.

Gary is a certified facilitator of: Korn/Ferry Lominger Voices 360, Management Research Group (MRG) Leadership Effectiveness Analysis, Strategic Directions, Personal Directions / Individual Directions, Hogan HPI – HDS – MVPI, Leadership Versatility Index® (LVI) and many others. In addition to his B.S. degree in Business Administration from Excelsior College, he also has an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certificate from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
