Individual Transitions

Organizational change starts with people. Regardless of a change initiative’s scope, its success ultimately lies in each person’s ability to work in new ways. That means letting go of the familiar and adopting new practices, which can be fairly easy for some people and less so for others. The path forward is through deliberate practices that engage people in meaningful ways. Only by understanding and appreciating how individuals successfully make a change can an organization engage in  consistent practices and move toward a common goal.
