This skills assessment is intended to give you the opportunity to assess the skills that you enjoy using, do well and want to use to ensure you are best set up for success with your goals. You will be asked to review a list of skills 3 times through the lens of enjoyment, use and desire moving forward. This will culminate in a motivated skills report where you can see the skills you enjoy and want to keep using and those that you might be good at, but would rather not have as an important requirement in your path forward.

Step 1: Note the skills you enjoy
Step 2: Think about the experiences that you are proud of and the skills you used to be successful
Step 3: Think about the skills you would like to sunset or not use
